Mindfulness

Mindfulness has helped me a lot. Mindfulness is about observing your present moment experience, without clinging to it, or trying to change it. Since practising mindfulness I’m more able to let things go. Difficult and unpleasant things. And I’m able to enjoy the pleasant experiences more because I’m more aware of them while they happen. Life is still difficult at times and there are many big waves, but I’m learning how to ride those waves instead of drowning in it.

Since 2015 I teach mindfulness courses myself, to pass on the light that it brought to my life!

LEARN TO FIND PEACE IN THE MIDST OF THE CHAOS

Do your thoughts overwhelm you? Do you feel unable to deal with all the stress and obligations in your life? Do your thoughts keep running in circles? Do you feel unable to find calmness?

If you answer one or more of these questions with YES, then doing a mindfulness course will be helpful for you. During an 8-week intensive course you learn how to apply mindfulness in your daily life.
